He pursues creative efforts in 3-D modeling with Blender and technical prowess in game development with the Unity & Godot game engines, often creating small, unreleased projects in the pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement.

Hired in May 2019, Jason worked on AdventureQuest 3D, a cross-platform MMORPG developed by Artix Entertainment, LLC. Originally a content developer, he switched to the programming team in December 2019, working as a full-time hybrid, cycling between content creation and feature releases. He became the technical programmer for the content creation team, developing features and tools that would often overlap between the tech and content teams.

Starting in April 2022, Jason was hired as the Unity subject matter expert for the Xbox ATG Multiplayer & Networking team. During his tenure, he developed educational resources for Unity developers looking to release their games onto the Xbox platform, including triggering achievements, setting a player's real time activity status, amongst many others. Within the networking team, Jason developed the gameplay, UI, and networking that exists within the cross-platform GDK networking sample 'NetRumble'. He also worked within the Xbox developer forums, providing assistance to any 1PP or ID@Xbox developers having issues building for various GDK features on Xbox & Windows platforms.

In May 2024, Jason joined AI Risk, Inc. as a Software Engineer building AI financial technologies, leveraging existing AI engines, such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, & more, to provide the latest in AI safety, security, and compliance. Later, in July, Jason joined NantGames as a Software Engineer II on the client engineering team for their first studio release Mythwalker, a mobile geolocation fantasy RPG for iOS & Android.

Jason also participates in volunteering to mentor high school students, both locally & nationally, through the Microsoft TEALS program learning the fundamentals & languages of computer programming.
